Daaraa Silks ships to all pin codes in India via trusted logistics partners like Delivery and DTDC, ensuring professional handling and timely delivery.

Order Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking details once shipped. We will notify you of any processing delays and estimated timelines.

Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, we email a tracking URL and AWB number. Use the link for real-time updates.

Order Delivery

• Metro cities: 2-3 business days post-dispatch.
• Non-metro/rural: 5-7 business days.
  Delays may occur due to unforeseen events or logistics issues—track via your registered email.

A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is required for OTP-based delivery. Failure to provide/respond to OTP may result in non-delivery and return to our warehouse, incurring reshipping charges (₹250 flat fee per your T&Cs).
