You may cancel orders within 24 hours of placement by emailing support@daaraasilks.com.

• Cancellations receive a credit note (valid 6 months).

• Clearance or heavy discount sale items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

• No cancellations after shipment—check tracking in your confirmation email.
