Exchange Policy
- Timeframe: Raise exchange requests within 10 days of delivery by emailing support@daaraasilks.com.
- Restrictions: Only one exchange per order is allowed. Returns of exchanged items qualify for credit note only—no further exchanges.
- Payment: Pay any price difference upfront (prepaid only; no COD for exchanges). Lower-value exchanges issue a credit note for the difference.
- Delivery: Replacement ships to your original address.
- Product Rules:
- Exchange for a single item only (not multiple).
- Higher-value item: Pay difference.
- Lower-value item: Receive credit note.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products (with unboxing video proof). Colour (due to screen differences), or style preferences qualify for exchange only—no refunds.
- Email support@daaraasilks.com within 48 hours of delivery with video/photos.
- Once approved and product received (undamaged/resellable), refunds process in 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
